Photos of the product highlighting defects or damages.
Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process. Customers may be required to ship the product back.
Replacement or Refund:
A replacement will be sent for eligible issues at no extra cost.
Refunds are processed for items that cannot be replaced.
